I highly recommend Rusty Messer and Big River Trial Attorneys to anyone whose been injured in a car accident. Rusty and his team did an AMAZING job educating me on what to expect before I decided to hire them, and explained what my case was worth based on the insurance coverage amounts of the person that hit us and our full UMBI with bodily injury coverage, and that my case would likely settle and never go to court. My #1 reason for hiring a Personal Injury attorney is I was injured to the point of needing surgery. I knew, from a prior rear-end accident years ago, that since the other driver was entirely at fault, my medical insurance would expect me to haggle with the at-fault driver's insurance and my UMBI insurance to ensure my medical insurance would be repaid for the medical bills they covered (which were tens of thousands of dollars). That sounded like way too much stress to deal with as I was recovering from spinal surgery (and still am 16 months later). Rusty took care of ALL of this for me, his team was so easy to reach, they always kept me in the loop, and always showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. We were referred to another lawyer before Big River; it was like night and day between the two firms. All the other law firm wanted was my money.
