The Last Type Is Armed Robbery

Armed Robbery is the taking of something of value from another with the use of force or violence when you are armed with a dangerous weapon.

Armed Robbery in Louisiana carries the sentence of 10 to 99 years but there is also an enhancement on Armed Robbery, if the weapon is a firearm, there is an additional 5 years sentence added to the sentence.
